We’re building our own herd here in Kansas while working with a partner farm in western Missouri that raises cattle to the same standards we follow. They supply cattle for our program and have also been a valuable mentor as we continue growing our farm and our herd.

Yes. Every animal we sell is graded USDA Prime and processed under USDA inspection.
Is your beef really 100% grass-fed?
Yes. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on pasture.
How much freezer space do I need?
As a general rule-of-thumb, a cubic foot of freezer space holds ABOUT 30-40 pounds of packaged meat. So a quarter of a beef needs roughly 4 cubic feet, and a half beef needs roughly 8-10 cubic feet.
How is the beef packaged?
All cuts are vacuum-sealed and frozen to preserve quality and freshness.

Our boxes ship frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday via UPS Overnight delivery.
