Do I get to choose the exact cuts?
No. We intentionally choose a balanced mix of higher-value and everyday cuts that families actually use. That keeps quality consistent and prices fair — without guesswork on your end.
What if I'm not home when my box arrives?
That’s completely okay. Your order ships frozen in insulated packaging designed to keep everything cold for a period of time after delivery. Just bring it inside and place it in the freezer as soon as you’re able.
When will my box ship?

Does grass-fed or grass-finished beef taste different or tougher?
That’s a common concern. Our beef is USDA Prime, which means it meets the highest standards for tenderness and flavor. Other customers were nervous too — and now tell us it’s the best beef they’ve ever had.
What if I don’t like it?
