Refund policy

Here at COWabunga Cattle Company, we stand behind the quality of every cut of meat we deliver.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right - with a one time replacement of the item(s) in question.  

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds or returns.  Every order is custom-processed and shipped with care to ensure peak freshness, and we're proud to uphold the highest standards.

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the problem so we can help.  You can e-mail us at elizabeth@cowabungacattleco.com.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo evidence of the product and packaging is required to process a claim.
  • Replacements are issued once per order for the specific item(s) specified.
  • Requests received outside the 7 day window may not be eligible for review.

How to Request Support

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out with the following information:

  • Full name and order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photo(s) of the affected product and packaging.

Send this information to elizabeth@COWabungaCattleCo.com.  Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

We take shipping seriously. If your package arrives damaged or thawed due to courier delay, please contact us immediately with photos.  We’ll work directly with the courier and replace affected items where appropriate.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns of perishable goods.
  • We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for missed delivery attempts or unclaimed shipments left unrefrigerated.
