I didn’t start this business to sell beef. I started it because I wanted better food for my family.
After a car accident during my second pregnancy, I dealt with ongoing pain that traditional approaches didn’t resolve. Through researching movement, nutrition, and everyday lifestyle habits, I began to understand how deeply our bodies are affected by what we put into them — and what we surround them with daily.
Food was one of the most impactful changes we made.
As we became more intentional about what we ate, the difference was impossible to ignore. That experience fundamentally changed how I viewed food quality, sourcing, and responsibility.
